Then, we'd love to take on your existing tooling and business. Over the years, we've taken on lots of moulding work from customers who were unhappy with the level of service and or quality from their previous suppliers.
Whether it's just one mould, or a whole suite, Dickinson Philips can help. We will assess and produce a report on the condition of your mould(s) and undertake any minor remedial work free of charge in our own tool room. Any major work required will be detailed and recommendations made.
You are welcome to visit our factory and watch your tool(s) being sampled. If you have an urgent requirement for parts, you can approve the samples on the spot and we'll leave the machine running! We always ensure we have capacity for tool trials and in most cases can have samples within a few hours of receiving your tooling.
